Over the past several weeks, our daily routines have been flipped upside down, and we are now adjusting to a new normal.
Instead of fixating on what we no longer can do, we have focused on what we can do to provide our members with ways to stay active, engaged, reduce stress, and move!
Exercise is a critical component of our daily mental and physical health and encourage our members to take advantage of our new virtual workouts each week.
Weekly Virtual Health & Wellness Content
- Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday we will release a new 30 minute prerecorded class on Life.By Arcis. These workouts are based around MOVEMENT, MOBILITY, and GOLF PERFORMANCE.
- Movement Challenge: Every Tuesday, we will release a weekly movement challenge to keep you and your family moving.
- LIVE CLASSES: On SATURDAY & SUNDAY! Each class is designed to be performed in the comfort of your own home with little to no equipment.
These classes are great for all fitness levels, and for those of you with kids at home, we encourage you to invite them to move with you!
We encourage you to share your movement challenge successes or efforts as well as challenge your friends, family, co-workers, and staff at your home club!
We will continue to live, connect, and play while connecting our members coast to coast to stay active and engaged!
