WEEK 4: Movement Challenge
While we pushed hard last week we are going to tone it back this week as we focus on getting up from a seated position.
GOAL:
Can you find three different ways to go from a seated position to standing without using your hands. This will be easy for some and difficult for others, but we are always looking for fun ways to challenge ourselves and work to improve our mobility. Get up and move with us!
