Monday’s are for Movement

Did you play a few rounds of golf this past weekend? or did you do some yard work and are feeling a little tight? Not to worry… today’s class is just what you need to get your week started off right.

Join Brandon Harris with Premier Fitness System for a Golf Performance Class. This class will not have the intensity as other classes as we will focus on mobility and flexibility. Throughout this class, we will work on finding a great flow to get you feeling great.
