Welcome the Arcis Golf Movement Challenge!
Each week we will be posting a new movement challenge designed to be fun as well as keep everyone moving while trying something new. Some of the challenges will be simple for some and difficult for others. Some of you might be able to execute on your first try while others might spend 5-10 minutes working to master the movement over the course of a few days.
This is a great activity for you to do with your family as well as create a little friendly competition. Kids love seeing their parents get in on the action….and I know all the adults love to see how they stack up!.
Are you ready?
Week 1: Movement Challenge
Balance a stick or golf club on the palm of your hand or fingertips and then proceed to get down to a seated position and back up. Hint: always look at the top of your object.
