This week we are going to emphasize more mobility and flexibility.
Monday: Lower Body Strength and Mobility
In this lower body strength class we will focus on building lower body strength and stamina. The goal is to maintain quality form and technique!
In this mobility class we will work on increasing our active flexibility.
Tuesday: Upper Body Strength and Conditioning
In this upper body strength class we will focus on building upper body strength and stamina. This class will build your key upper body muscles.
In this core class we will drive intensity with increased heard rate while focus on nasal breathing for recovery.
Wednesday: Full Body Strength and Conditioning
In this full body strength class we will focus on hitting all the major muscles and building a solid foundation of strength and stamina.

Thursday: Mobility, Core and Conditioning
In this core conditioning class we will focus on building a solid foundation of core strength.

Friday: Full Body Strength and Conditioning
In this full body strength class we will focus on hitting all the major muscles and building a solid foundation of strength and stamina.

Saturday: Recovery and Conditioning
In this full body recovery class we will work on increasing flexibility and joint range of motion.
