We are going to step up the intensity this week! The overall goal is to create a training template that will increase your aerobic fitness, mobility, and strength. There will be a strength component and a conditioning component every day.
Monday: Lower Body Strength and Conditioning

Tuesday: Upper Body Strength and Conditioning
